FROST LOOKING TO CARRY WINNING MOMENTUM IN MLMC ROUND 2

Le Castellet awaits Danial Frost, as he and the R-ace GP team make their way to France for Round Two of the Michelin Le Mans Cup season.

Fresh off a commanding season opener in Barcelona, Frost and co-driver Enzo Peugeot converted pole position into an overall victory aboard the #85 Duqueine D09. The performance immediately established the duo as early championship contenders, combining outright pace with disciplined execution.

Now turning their focus to Circuit Paul Ricard, the pair will look to build on that momentum at one of the most technical venues on the calendar. The 5.84-kilometer, 15-turn circuit demands precision and consistency, with its long straights and flowing sections presenting both opportunity and challenge.

In his first full-time season since returning from National Service, Frost has quickly reasserted himself at the front of the field. Alongside Peugeot, the pairing has already proven to be a formidable force in the LMP3 category, backed by the strength and experience of R-ace GP at their home event.

“Heading to one of the team’s home races is quite exciting,” commented Frost. “With the momentum from Round One and the strong chemistry within the team, we’re in a great position to keep pushing in this championship. Enzo and I have put in valuable preparation with the team, and we’re focused on delivering another strong result this weekend.”

The event weekend will begin Friday with two free practice sessions. Qualifying and the two-hour race will follow on Saturday, where Frost and the team will aim to extend their early championship lead.
