FROST SET FOR FULL-TIME RACING RETURN WITH R-ACE GP IN 2026

Danial Frost will return to full-time competition in 2026, beginning a new chapter with R-ace GP in the Michelin Le Mans Cup following the completion of his National Service duty in Singapore.

Already gaining early experience with the team this year, Frost competed in Rounds Three and Four of the Asian Le Mans Series in Dubai, where he began rebuilding race sharpness ahead of a full-season program. His 2026 campaign will open with the official collective test in Barcelona before the six-round championship gets underway.

The upcoming season marks an important milestone in Frost’s career as he returns to a full-time schedule after two years devoted to serving his country. Despite the demanding commitment, he remained active in competition, recently racing on home soil in the Porsche Carrera Cup Asia Formula 1 support event. He also contested eight rounds of GT World Challenge Asia across four race weekends with Craft-Bamboo Racing in the Mercedes-AMG performance team competing in Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand and Japan and securing six podium finishes, including one victory. With consistent seat time now back on the horizon, Frost is focused on regaining momentum and continuing his progression toward his long-term goal of reaching the NTT INDYCAR SERIES.

“I’m really excited to be back racing full-time again after the past two years. Completing my service was important to me, but nothing compares to being in the car consistently and competing. I plan to apply the lessons I learned during that time to my racing career and use them to keep improving on and off the track.”

With a proven track record of developing top-level talent, including drivers such as Oscar Piastri and Pierre Gasly, R-ace GP provides a strong environment for Frost as he embarks on this next phase of his career.

“This season is about rebuilding my rhythm, working closely with the team, and making the most of every opportunity to improve. My focus is on putting together strong, consistent performances and using this program as a foundation for the next steps in my career.”
